Anybody have a spare stock seat slider sitting around? It would be for the driver's side, but I don't need the other seat adjustment parts, so probably either side would work. Also, I am looking for a green label ECU for E30 325 IS with label numbers ending in 524. I'd like to have one for a stock chip (Spec E30 requires stock chip), and another with a modified chip for running in different race classes. Please pm or email to drken at htc.net (remove spaces, replace at with symbol)
Thanks!
Ken

Hi Dr Ken,
I have the spare seat slider from an 89 325i drivers side non sport. I have a "sport" speat slider too, but would rather not mess up a "sport" seat frame unless it is the only style that will fit. I have lots of spare E30 ecus, Is this an M20 ecu you are looking for? Got the complete bosch number so I can match it up. Alot of the E30 M20 ecu's are interchangeable, is that ok, or must it be exact, or just stock?

Tom,
That non-sport slider would be great. I just plan to weld my seat mount to the stock slider, as long as it can slide fore and aft, it should be fine. I can get the complete ecu number at home, and yes it is for an m20. Shoot me some prices, and maybe I can return your oil pump shaft at the same time instead of shipping it.
Thanks!
Ken

Sure, $20 for the non sport seat slider, $50 for the stock unopened dme. The slider is already pulled and ready to go. No hurry on that washer.

Tom B Sounds good, Tom. Hang on to them for me. Maybe I could pick up Friday or this weekend? Thanks! Ken

Tom came through on the parts again! And Dan (dangdude) and John ( Gordon Johncox)), thanks for the help Saturday. John and I got it fired up about 5pm. That clutch is like "buttah" now. Mucho appreciated, guys! Ken

hey Chris, also replied to your IM. I don't know offhand (and doubt it), but am willing to help.
Anything is possible with a welder and some stock, but companies make universal kits for mounting racing seats / recaros. Unfortunately I don't know where offhand except maybe Summit Racing.
Like I said, if you want to compare, let me know.
